AIESEC in NTU was founded with a vision to develop the next generation of global leaders. Our mission is to empower students with the skills, mindset, and experience needed to create a positive impact both locally and internationally. No matter your background or academic discipline, we believe leadership, empathy, and intercultural understanding are essential skills for the future. Our community provides a platform for you to challenge yourself, gain real-world experience, and make meaningful contributions to society.

Our core activities are designed to foster growth and opportunities. We organize international exchanges that allow members to work with global organizations, tackling real-world challenges and gaining invaluable cross-cultural skills. Last year, our members participated in international exchanges at countries like Taiwan and Taiwan where they led impactful local initiatives like teaching children in schools.
We also host engaging leadership workshops, international conferences, and local projects focused on social impact. Beyond our projects, we facilitate skill-building sessions on CV writing, interview prep, and leadership development, preparing you for both academic and professional success.
